Administrative Assistant to the Sheriff - This office handles coding and handling invoices, purchasing and receiving. This office also handles answering phone calls for Sheriff Johnson and scheduling appointments.

Records Division - This office is responsible for filing all felony and misdemeanor arrest records. They enter and file offense reports, make misdemeanor cards & files, handle accident reports, summons for records, and special handling of records with court orders.

General Information Desk - The Information Desk, located in the front lobby, is responsible for disseminating all general information to the public, scheduling inmate visitations and answering the switchboard.

Payroll & Process- This office is responsible for payroll, settlements and bank accounts. She also reconciles bank statements. Civil Process is also handled in this office which consists of documenting and processing all summons and subpoenas and keeping up with the meal log on a daily basis.

Dispatchers Office - These dispatchers take calls from citizens and from 911. Dispatch is responsible for sending the patrol deputies where they are needed; they search and find all requested information for deputies; give road directions; keep written documentation of all activities and many other jobs. Besides keeping up with all deputies on duty, the dispatchers check warrants, run drivers licenses, answer telephone calls and keep up with and manage the daily paperwork that passes through their office. 662-680-5766
